WinAir has changed our Incident System to improve customer interaction. If you require access to the new Incident System, but have not received an email regarding creating a password, have your WinAir Champion submit a request to get you access. This area is restricted to AV-BASE customers use only. Unauthorized access or unauthorized attempt to access the system is prohibited and unlawful.
If you are a WinAir Administrator, for Company ID, use your web login as the Company ID and "admin" as your User Login ID.
If you are a WinAir user - contact your WinAir Administrator to set up a user login for you. Please note that your password needs to be changed by the administrator every 30 days.
